During the Covid pandemic we were forced to move out of our space in mid-city LA, but remained very much open, offering all classes online. We also continued offering yoga and meditation to LAUSD students online.
Now we're doing a hybrid. We still offer our full schedule of classes online and hold classes in person at Sunstone Yoga located at 7929 Emerson Ave. Los Angeles 90045 and at American Legion "Post 46" in Culver City. See you soon!

S Enchill Wellness is a 501 (c)(3) non profit organization which provides services to deserving communities. Our donation-based center has provided tools for healing and Self-realization since 2008. Dharma Mittra Yoga LA opened its doors in August 2008 with the aim of bringing Dharma Yoga, named for renowned Yoga master Sri Dharma Mittra, to an underserved community of mid-city Los Angeles. The center evolved into a non-profit organization S Enchill Wellness in 2013 expanding its outreach through its primary program, Dharma Yoga LA. S Enchill Wellness is devoted to social justice, spreading peace and promoting wellness by making Dharma Yoga, Reiki, Meditation and other healing arts accessible to all.
